When my order will be delivered ?
Each print job is different considering that we are working with non standard projects and partners all over the world. The lead time will depend on the print job type and the printing partner location. It may vary from 2 weeks to 1 month. In all case, an estimated delivery date will be communicated to you during the quotation and order process. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
How should I supply my PDFs files for print job?
We are following the internationale standards for the print files. Please refer to our document “How to supply your files” for more details.
Do you send me proofs before Printing ?
After that you send us your ready-to-print PDFs files, we will check it through our prepress department. If we don’t find any formating or quality issue, we confirm your files by sending you PDFs proofs. Attention! We manage a quality check, not a content check. The content belongs to you and we do not involve in it. Wet proofs or Epson proofs are also available on demand but not free of charge. Please contact us for more information.
Does the color I choose for my book will match with the printing result?
You have to keep in mind that any color shown on your screen computer will not match exactly with the ink color. This is normal. The only way to check the final color result is to use Epson proofs which will give you about 90/95% of the final offset print job color. Contact us for more information.
